Writing for Your Clients
Hands on workshops tailored for professionals to improve the style, clarity, and impact of client communications.
Most effective when you bring examples of your own work to work with, these workshops (or one-to-one sessions) also incorporate generous quantities of good and bad examples for discussion, as well as covering how to tailor your words for various kinds of audiences and clients.
We talk about things like:
• Why you need to write differently for different audiences and how to do that
• When and how to use casual/informal/formal language and cultural differences
• Typical mistakes non-native speakers make when writing in English and how to avoid them.
Past participants say this workshop helps them feel more "confident and comfortable" in their writing, and their colleagues notice a "clear improvement" in what they write.
Offered both in groups and to individuals.
